You’ll be interested to know that we’ve written another program that’s hand-crafted with the same total attention to detail and all-round excellentness you’ve found in Xmas Lights, except much better because we spent more time on it.

Menuette allows you to replace the titles in your menu bar (the words like “File”, “Edit” and “Window”) with nifty color icons — press the “Menuette Sample” button below to see what it looks like on a color screen.

Menuette comes with icons for 100 common programs, and you can create your own using ResEdit. It requires System version 7.0 or later.

Menuette is a shareware program, meaning that you can probably get a trial copy from your favorite online service or user group to test it out before sending us the money. But if you’re already convinced, you can order it directly by sending $15.00 to the address listed in the “Contacting the Xmas Light Folks” help section — shipping, tax and handling fees are included, and we accept payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or check (no foreign checks please; they must be drawn on a U.S. bank).
